Wymore Deck & Fence transformed this outdated deck in Glenwood, IA, into a beautiful and highly functional outdoor space for modern use. The previous structure, weathered and worn, lacked durability and appeal, but the new design completely revitalized the space’s look and feel.
We built the new deck with premium TimberTech Coastline and Weathered Teak PVC decking, chosen for its rich, natural aesthetic and long-lasting quality. This decking material is low-maintenance and resistant to the elements, ensuring it will retain its beauty for years. The TimberTech composite railing system was added in a sleek black-and-white color scheme, creating a striking contrast that enhances the home’s exterior while providing safety and stability.
The wide staircase, accented with a sturdy composite railing, creates an easy transition from the deck to the garden. Underneath the deck, we added lattice skirting to hide the structure’s foundation, blending it with the landscape.
